SOLARIS
The “Solaris” series consolidates the research that Morela Avilán has carried out on light and natural phenomena. The artist wants to capture the luminosity regarding certain hours and certain places through a subtle application of color. Avilán creates atmospheres loaded with poetic meanings that are like interior landscapes. In each of these small paintings, the emotionality and sensitivity are transferred to fields of dense color in whose layers we can enter slowly.
